In Whitenergy since the end of 2018, he works on energy efficiency projects. Since 2016 he collaborated with the Studies and Projects Office of ENAS (Sardinia Water Utility), carrying out the pre-sizing of two new lifting stations with a total power of 5.3 MW and the study of the hydroelectric potential of a new line of connection between water systems. Between 2017 and 2018 he carried out a project to optimize the Regional Multisectoral Water System, for ENAS and the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Cagliari, aimed at improving the management and energy efficiency of existing plants; in addition, he also worked on the pre-feasibility study of 11 new hydroelectric plants, 3 of which are storage, in addition to Smart Grid and to production from renewable sources. Pierluigi Seche has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cagliari.
